Tutoring Experience

I have participated in many Philosophy, Economics and Law Essay competitions organised by Cambridge, Oxford, LSE and Singapore’s CCCS. I was shortlisted for Oxford’s John Locke Philosophy Essay competition in 2021. I have also scored As for all internal Economics exams, where I was the top 85th percentile. My essays for Promotional exams and prelims were used as modal essays. I specialise in Economics and am relatively more knowledgeable than others when it comes to the tips and tricks needed to excel. I am experienced in exam-answering techniques and aim to impart knowledge of not just the economic syllabus, but beyond, to my tutees. I strive to ensure they would be rigorously challenged every lesson, reasonably, so as to maximise their learning. I also believe that practise makes perfect and would be more than happy to grade extra assignments tutees submit. I have been offered SMU’s prestigious and rigorous course, the Bachelor of Laws. My preferred mode of tutoring is conducted online.
